Push the Buggy Out
Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30am, £5 per session.
Take your baby (six weeks or older) in a buggy to these mother and baby fitness sessions and get back into shape with lunges, speed walking, stomach exercises and cardio work while your offspring gets a good walk and plenty of fresh air. After the workout, undo all the good work with coffee and cake at the local café, with nappy changing facilities. No need to book, just turn up. Continues until late Autumn.
