Burlesque Swing
The newly released Burlesque Swing mix is a brilliant medley of modern classic swing tunes. Each sultry track seems catchier than the last. Esteemed French swing producers Bart & Baker have selected the 24 songs, by artists including Michel Buble and Sugar Ray. Favoured by celebrities like Dita Von Teese and Marc Jacobs, the duo is known for mixing old and new record. They have also been praised for their creative remixing and reviving of old 1920s music, scratching 1940s and 50’s tracks and generally making new dance music from a vintage source.
This latest compilation certainly lives up to this reputation. Its giving us itchy feet for Thursday’s Bastille Day Ball, where these featured tunes are sure to woo us onto the dance floor all night long.
