   Maison Blanc

Maison Blanc is the authentic French Boulangerie and Pâtisserie lovingly created by Raymond and Jenny Blanc in 1981. 
Maison Blanc aims to provide customers with a taste of France and make authentic French and high quality products. Maison Blanc serves a selection of fresh artisan breads, pastries, savouries and world-famous pâtisserie, all made in Maison Blanc’s very own bakery. They also have a range of fine special occasion cakes perfect for any occasion. 
Breakfast and lunch is made to order in every shop and uses British seasonal ingredients wherever possible.   All of shops are now licensed so you can now enjoy a glass of wine, champagne or beer with your meal.
Maison Blanc was the first authentic pâtisserie and bakery in England, setting the standard for subsequent pâtisserie and as a mark of its success, now has 14 individual local branches in the South East – 6 of which are based in London.

For the attention of Raymond Blanc
Dear Raymond,
My wife and I frequently visit your patissarie in South Street Chichester, often joined by friends.
We are disappointed by the lowering of standards which we have observed over the last 6 months. The tables are not as clean as they used to be, the floors not always clean and the staff not as good as they were. Even the Men's cloakroom is not really acceptable.
The ambiance has changed. It has lost that Frenchness we used to enjoy. We have often said, this is our bit of France in England.
I hope you will find my comments helpfull and the cafe will return to the old standard.
